Terms

These terms cover what you are buying, what we promise, and what happens when a check comes back disputed. They are deliberately short.

What you are buying

A check buys one sealed receipt: a signed, timestamped record of what was fetched, when, and what matched. It records that a documented check happened and that the record could not have been produced afterwards. It does not vouch for your report's conclusions. The free check is an unsealed preview of the same work; sealing the record is what is paid for.

No legal advice, no claim about your conclusions

EXHIBIT B is a tool, not a lawyer and not an expert witness. It does not offer legal or professional advice, it does not judge contested claims, and a receipt is not a claim that anything in your report is true. Courts have rejected one AI checking another as independent verification; the receipt answers a different question — whether a check was performed, and when.

Refunds

Ask for a refund from the receipt page or the support address, for any reason or none; it is granted without argument. A receipt that was issued correctly stays valid even after a refund: it is an honest record of a check that happened at that time, and refunding the charge does not rewrite what happened.

Retention and acceptable use

The full receipt file is served for the window your tier names; after it, the receipt stays in the chain and still verifies from the copy you downloaded. Do not upload a document you do not have the right to check. We are not a party to whatever dispute, filing or review your report is used in.
